Returns & Refunds
We want you to shop with confidence at Orange Beauty. If you change your mind, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Change-of-Mind Returns
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must be:
• Unopened and unused
• In its original packaging
• In a resalable condition
• Returned with all seals, protective packaging and accessories intact
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning change-of-mind items to Orange Beauty. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Beauty & Personal Care Products
For hygiene, health and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for products that have been opened, used, tested or had their seals removed.
A product cannot be returned simply because you do not like its fragrance, texture, colour or personal experience after opening or using it.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs where applicable.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable consumer laws.
Sale & Promotional Items
Sale and promotional items remain covered by your rights under New Zealand consumer law if they are faulty or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
Clearly identified clearance or final-sale products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable law.
