We sell 100% genuine products sourced through reputable international suppliers.
Some products may be parallel imported. This means genuine branded products may be sourced through reputable international supply channels rather than directly through the brand's official New Zealand distributor.
Orange Beauty Store is not necessarily an authorised distributor or retailer of every brand sold on our website. The listing of a brand or product on our website does not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, or authorisation from that brand.
Packaging, labelling or product presentation may occasionally vary between international markets or production batches.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

If we are unable to fulfil all or part of an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for products that cannot be supplied.

We currently ship within New Zealand only.
